Sometimes you may wish to check that you have placed your bets correctly or send us a screenshot of something else which can help. The best ways to do this are to email us or start a live chat.
For Windows Devices:
If you wish to email a screenshot please click print screen (this can appear on your keyboard as print screen, Prt Sc, PrntScrn or another similar button) and then paste the image into an email. Then please add some detail of what you would like us to help you with and send the email. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
A quicker way to contact us would be on live chat. To send a screenshot over live chat we recommend using the snipping tool on your Windows device, then saving the screenshot and then sending via the paperclip symbol on the chat window.
To find the snipping tool please click the search bar along the bottom of your screen and search snipping tool:
Then you should see snipping tool in the results. Please click it to open it:
Once it is open please click new and then highlight the section of the screen you wish to copy:
Once you have that please right click and then click save as to save the image with your chosen file name:
You can then click the paperclip symbol and select the file to send it over live chat:
For Mac Devices:
If you using an Apple product such as a Macbook you can take a full screen screenshot by pressing shift, command and 3 all at the same time. You can then click the thumbnail in the corner of your screen and copy and paste this into an email.
To send a screenshot on live chat you can take a screenshot of part of the screen by pressing shift, command and 4 all at the same time. You can then highlight the section of the screen needed before saving it and sending via the paperclip symbol.
