From time to time you may not receive your free bets automatically from the bookmakers.

This happens occasionally and if it does, the best thing to do is to contact the bookmaker. When you speak to them just explain that you placed a bet with them but haven't yet received your free bet. 

The bookmakers don't like the fact that we take advantage of their offers, so when speaking to them it's important not to mention OddsMonkey or matched betting. 

If you have followed our guide and placed your qualifying bet correctly, meeting all of the bookmakers, the bookmaker will often be able to credit the free bet right away whilst you're on live chat with them.
